• Course Offerings: Educational courses related to the Strategic Instinct framework and strategic thinking
• Digital Content: Access to articles, blog posts, and other content related to strategic thinking and business development

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You can create an account by:

• Signing in through Google OAuth
• Creating an account with your email address and password

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• You understand that our 90-day strategic plans are generated using AI-powered analysis combined with the Strategic Instinct framework
• You acknowledge that strategic plans are recommendations and should be reviewed and adapted to your specific circumstances
• You retain ownership of any business information you provide, but grant us a license to use such information to provide our Services
• All information you provide is stored securely in our encrypted database and is not shared with third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Strategic Instinct framework, are owned by Strategic Instinct or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without written consent

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATEGIC INSTINCT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
